What users will be able to do
- Disconnect the Garmin account and stop all future synchronization.
- Delete all imported activities.
- Delete all analyses, scores and predictions generated from those activities.
- Delete the RunMind AI account entirely.
- Request confirmation that the deletion has been completed.
How the request is handled
Deletion requests are verified against the authenticated account. Once verified, imported activity data and derived analyses are deleted or irreversibly anonymized, and the user receives a confirmation message. Backups are rotated on a defined schedule, after which no copy of the data remains.
In the production version, verified deletion requests will be processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
